基于改进蚁群算法的智慧农业无线传感器网络路由优化研究

【摘要】：为了提高智慧农业无线传感器网络路由的生存时间,节点能量消耗相对均衡,采用改进蚁群算法。首先建立无线传感器网络模型和约束条件;接着通过消耗能量预测节点传输能力,剩余能量、过载区域以及覆盖冗余度构成适应度函数;然后改进蚁群算法,包括基于最佳路径的目标函数值信息素分配策略,二点交叉算子对信息素分配策略对应的任意2个网络节点序列进行优化;最后给出无线传感器网络路由优化流程。试验仿真显示本研究算法使无线传感器网络路由的节点间剩余能量差异性最小,网络生存时间较长,不同节点数接收数据包平均剩余能量较多。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the lifetime of routing in intelligent agricultural wireless sensor networks, the energy consumption of nodes is relatively balanced, and an improved ant colony algorithm is adopted. Firstly, the model and constraint conditions of wireless sensor network are established; then, the fitness function of node transmission capacity, residual energy, overload region and coverage redundancy is constructed by energy consumption, and then the ant colony algorithm is improved. It includes the optimal path based objective function pheromone assignment strategy, the two-point crossover operator to optimize any two network node sequences corresponding to the pheromone allocation strategy. Finally, the routing optimization flow of wireless sensor networks is given. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm minimizes the difference of residual energy between nodes in wireless sensor network routing, and the network lifetime is longer, and the average residual energy of different nodes receiving packets is more.
