基于Stackelberg博弈的异构无线网络接入选择算法

【摘要】:网络迅猛发展的速度使得人们已经进入了万物互联、信息爆炸的时代,互联网的全球化标志着人类社会进入了工业4.0时代。人们更加依赖于电子产品、电子设备,这些依赖也从有线连接向无线网络连接逐渐发展转化。对数据的需求,已经远远超出了最初对互联网功能的需求。越来越多的用户需求,已经不再仅仅是语音服务了。传统的有线网络连接和无线网络优化的手段,面临着很多现实问题。在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,不仅仅是互联网公司在竞争,移动运营商之间,互联网公司与移动运营商之间,甚至在互联网领域以外的企业之间都存在着竞争的关系。为了争取更多的用户群体,满足不同需求的服务,在互联网领域里的每个环节的企业必须把经历集中到如何改进技术上来。无线网络接入是关键的环节之一,对无线网络接入算法的选择、优化和分析也成为了重中之重。很多互联网的传统业务,也被新兴的互联网技术所取代。比如:人工智能、云计算等等。这些技术的实现更多依靠卫星和无线网络来实现连接的。如何选择又快、又好的接入点,是由算法的选择来确定。异构网络(Heterogeneous Network)是一种类型的网络,它是通过各个品牌的电子计算机组合相关系统以及设备来形成的一个网络结构。多数适用于多方协议,许多功能和应用在这个架构上都能得到支持。通常来说,一个完整的无线资源是由许多部分构成的,各自管理着想对应的功能,包括信道、速率控制、信号功率等相关控制功能。在今后采用的异构网络上,更多的服务被广泛的利用在无线资源中,形成无缝切换,无限资源的利用率也会得到相应的提高。不同于普通无线网络资源之处在于,将来的异构网络上用到的无线资源是扩充的概念。在无线资源管理领域上,大家开始对异构网络投入了更多的关注,激动而又兴奋的学者们开始对相关技术进行模型化分析,同时也出炉了几个典型的模型,这里包括协同无线、联合无线以及(Multi-access RRM,MRRM)等资源管理模型。相关资料显示早在1934年Heinrich von Stackelberg(德国经济学家)的"Marktform und Gleichgewicht"著作中阐述过双寡头模型之一的"Stackelberg leadership model"。该文研究的异构网络是在Stackelberg leadership model的经济学模型基础之上,通过对接入选择的算法来实现,并对实际工作上出现的相关问题提出了异构无线网络接入选择算法的优化方案。本文的主要研究内容:(1)本文的主要写作目的、研究目的、研究方法及创新等。(2)异构无线网络、Stackelberg模型和经济学相关理论的综述。(3)在经济学模型及博弈论等基础之上,异构无线网络接入算法的选择。(4)异构无线网络接入算法仿真分析,包括在实际运行过程中可能发生的情况,解决方案,结果分析等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, people have entered the age of interconnection of all things, the information explosion, the globalization of the Internet marks that the human society has entered the age of 4.0 industry. People are more dependent on electronics, electronic devices, and these dependencies have evolved from wired connections to wireless connections. The demand for data has far outstripped the original demand for Internet functionality. More and more user demand, is no longer just voice service. The traditional methods of wired network connection and wireless network optimization are faced with many practical problems. In today's increasingly fierce market competition, not only Internet companies in the competition, between mobile operators, Internet companies and mobile operators, even outside the field of the Internet among enterprises there is a competitive relationship. In order to win more user groups and meet the different needs of services, enterprises in every link of the Internet must focus their experiences on how to improve the technology. Wireless network access is one of the key links, the choice of wireless network access algorithm, optimization and analysis has become the most important. A lot of traditional business of Internet, also be replaced by new Internet technology. For example: artificial intelligence, cloud computing and so on. The implementation of these technologies depends more on satellite and wireless networks to achieve connectivity. How to select fast and good access points is determined by the selection of algorithms. Heterogeneous network (Heterogeneous Network) is a kind of network. It is a network structure formed by the combination of related systems and devices of different brands of computers. Most are suitable for multi-party protocols, and many functions and applications can be supported on this architecture. Generally speaking, a complete wireless resource is composed of many parts, each of which manages the corresponding functions, including channel, rate control, signal power and other related control functions. In the future heterogeneous networks, more services are widely used in wireless resources, resulting in seamless handover, and the utilization of infinite resources will be improved accordingly. Unlike ordinary wireless network resources, wireless resources used in future heterogeneous networks are the concept of expansion. In the field of wireless resource management, people began to pay more attention to heterogeneous networks, and excited scholars began to model and analyze the related technologies, and at the same time, there were several typical models, including collaborative wireless. Resource management models such as federated wireless and (Multi-access RRM,MRRM). Relevant data show that "Stackelberg leadership model", one of the duopoly models, was described as early as 1934 in Marktform und Gleichgewicht, the German economist of Heinrich von Stackelberg (. Based on the economic model of Stackelberg leadership model, the heterogeneous network is realized by the access selection algorithm, and the optimization scheme of the heterogeneous wireless network access selection algorithm is put forward for the related problems in the practical work. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the main purpose, research methods and innovation of this paper. (2) heterogeneous wireless networks, Summary of Stackelberg model and economics theory. (3) selection of heterogeneous wireless network access algorithm based on economic model and game theory. (4) Simulation analysis of heterogeneous wireless network access algorithm. Including the actual operation process may occur, solutions, results analysis and so on.
