物联网智能养老监控系统软件开发

【摘要】:人口老龄化的加剧对社会养老体系和养老服务提出了挑战,而我国绝大多数老年人首选的仍然是传统居家养老模式。如何确保“空巢老人”的身心健康成为当前智能化养老的重点研究方向之一。本文设计开发了一种新型智能养老监控系统,运用物联网、互联网、智能终端及嵌入式系统等技术,采集居家老年人的生命体征数据,由专业医护人员和软件算法分析后将趋势结果和起居建议反馈给老年人及其家属,并在发生危险时能够及时报警,为老年人、医护人员及家属三方面用户构建了共同的平台,以此达到为老年人提供更加专业化、人性化、全面化的养老服务的目的。系统中研究了一种可扩展ZigBee‘键-值”传输方法,实现了生命体征传感器与无线通信网关间统一格式数据的传输,并引入了网关通用应用层架构,实现了对底层通信协议的封装;引入了软件三层架构及Web Service技术,实现了软件用户界面、程序逻辑、数据操作和数据库系统的分离,提高了程序的可读性和可扩展性。系统创新地整合了社区医疗服务站资源,构建了社区医疗服务站数据库及监控终端,开发了基于.NET框架的应用程序,实现了软件算法和医护人员对数据的实时分析和监控;同时针对智能手机终端,设计开发了基于Android系统的应用程序,实现了在家属与老年人互动的同时,可以随时掌握相关健康状况。最后从功能上测试了基于各软件构成的系统,验证了其能够完成老年人生命体征数据的采集、传输、存储、分析、显示、报警等工作,具备了对老年人进行必要的医学关注和社会干预的功能,并且代码具有良好的结构,便于日后维护和进一步的开发。
[Abstract]:The aggravation of the aging of the population challenges the social pension system and the old-age service, but the majority of the elderly in our country still choose the traditional home old-age care mode as the first choice. How to ensure the physical and mental health of "empty nest elderly" has become one of the key research directions of intelligent pension. This paper designs and develops a new type of intelligent pension monitoring system, which collects the vital signs data of the elderly at home by using the technologies of the Internet of things, the intelligent terminal and the embedded system, etc. After the analysis of professional medical staff and software algorithm, the trend results and daily living suggestions are fed back to the elderly and their families, and they can report to the police in time in case of danger, so as to build a common platform for the elderly, medical staff and their family members. In order to provide more professional, human-oriented, comprehensive pension services for the elderly. An extensible ZigBee' key-value transmission method is studied in the system. The uniform format data transmission between the vital sign sensor and the wireless communication gateway is realized, and the general application layer architecture of the gateway is introduced. The encapsulation of the underlying communication protocol is realized. This paper introduces software three-tier architecture and Web Service technology, realizes the separation of software user interface, program logic, data operation and database system, and improves the readability and expansibility of the program. The system integrates the resources of community medical service station innovatively, constructs the database and monitoring terminal of community medical service station, develops the application program based on .NET framework, and realizes the real-time analysis and monitoring of data by software algorithm and medical staff. At the same time, the application program based on Android system is designed and developed for the smart phone terminal, which can grasp the relevant health condition at any time while the family and the elderly are interacting with each other. Finally, the system based on each software is tested, and it is proved that the system can collect, transmit, store, analyze, display and alarm the vital sign data of the elderly. It has the function of medical attention and social intervention for the elderly, and the code has a good structure for future maintenance and further development.
