环形桁架式可展开天线机构的分析与优化研究
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, information has been paid more and more attention to by all countries and become an important resource. As the most important information receiving device, the development of space antenna attracts more and more attention from various countries. The annular truss deployable antenna has a series of advantages, such as large folding ratio, simple structure, large aperture, and the mass of the antenna will not increase too much with the increase of the antenna diameter range. The annular truss antenna has a broad application prospect and has been paid more and more attention to by more and more countries. Based on the design of the annular truss antenna, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the antenna, which can provide a reference for the related research of the antenna in the future. In this paper, the scheme design of the annular truss deployable antenna mechanism is completed, and the 3D modeling of the antenna mechanism is carried out by using Pro/E software. The kinematics analysis of the basic elements of the antenna mechanism is carried out based on the D-H parameter method. The kinematics performance of the basic elements of the annular truss antenna mechanism is analyzed. At the same time, the process and simulation analysis of the basic elements of antenna mechanism are carried out by using ADAMS software, and the expansion speed and acceleration of the basic elements of the antenna mechanism are obtained. The existence of the error will cause the mechanism to be unable to move according to the predetermined trajectory during the process of motion. In this paper, the effect of the errors of the processing error of the antenna rod and the clearance error of the hinge on the expansion of the antenna mechanism is considered. By analyzing the machining error of parts and the clearance error of hinge in detail, the maximum clearance of the hinge of antenna mechanism is obtained when the antenna mechanism can be unfolded normally. The structural dynamics analysis and modal analysis of the ring truss antenna mechanism are completed by using ANSYS. The first ten natural frequencies of the antenna mechanism are obtained and the results are analyzed. Considering the influence of different antenna material and antenna cross-section area on the frequency of antenna mechanism, the natural frequency of antenna mechanism is changed when different materials and different cross-section area are selected. Finally, the antenna mechanism is optimized by ANSYS. In this paper, kinematics and dynamics analysis, error analysis, modal analysis and structural optimization of ring truss deployable antenna mechanism are studied. It provides some theoretical basis and reference for the research of ring truss deployable antenna.
