高速小型复合分子泵混合陶瓷球轴承热分析研究

【摘要】:高速小型复合分子泵是众多分析测试仪器的关键部件,是科学仪器清洁超高真空环境的重要解决途径。高速小型复合分子泵中使用的滚动轴承为混合陶瓷球轴承。轴承由于摩擦力矩会产生热量,如果热量不能及时散发,易使轴承失效,使分子泵不能正常工作。因此,对轴承进行热分析研究具有重要的意义。本文以高速小型复合分子泵中使用的混合陶瓷球轴承为研究对象,主要完成以下四个方面的工作:(1)基于弹性接触理论,运用赫兹理论计算了轴承的接触应力和接触变形,并运用了有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对混合陶瓷球轴承进行接触应力和接触变形的仿真计算,并对结果进行对比分析。(2)选取适当的轴承发热量计算模型,对轴承发热量进行计算,并利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对轴承稳态温度场进行仿真分析,得到轴承的稳态温度场分布。(3)利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench完成了对轴承热-结构耦合仿真分析。(4)在课题组搭建的微小型高速深沟球轴承疲劳试验机上,完成了温度传感器的设计安装,实时监测轴承工作过程中的温度,获得轴承工作状况下的温度。将测得的轴承的温度数据与ANSYS Workbench温度场仿真计算结果对比,结果具有一致性。
[Abstract]:High speed and small composite molecular pump is the key component of many analytical and testing instruments. It is an important solution for scientific instruments to clean the ultra-high vacuum environment. The rolling bearing used in high speed and small compound molecular pump is a hybrid ceramic ball bearing. Because of the friction moment, the bearing will produce heat, if the heat is not released in time, It is easy to invalidate the bearing and make the molecular pump unable to work normally. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the bearing thermal analysis. In this paper, the hybrid ceramic ball bearing used in the high speed and small compound molecular pump is taken as the research object. Based on the elastic contact theory, the contact stress and contact deformation of the bearing are calculated by using Hertz theory. The contact stress and contact deformation of hybrid ceramic ball bearings are calculated by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, and the results are compared and analyzed. The steady-state temperature field of bearing is simulated and analyzed by finite element software ANSYS Workbench. The steady-state temperature field distribution of the bearing is obtained. (3) using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, the thermal-structural coupling simulation analysis of the bearing is completed in the micro-high speed deep groove ball bearing fatigue testing machine built by the research group. The temperature sensor is designed and installed, the temperature in the working process of the bearing is monitored in real time, and the temperature under the working condition of the bearing is obtained. The calculated temperature data of the bearing are compared with the simulation results of the ANSYS Workbench temperature field, and the results are consistent.
