基于比例调节的定量灌装系统研制

【摘要】:动态液体定量灌装称重设备是集结了自动控制、电子秤重、传感器等技术的自动化装备。此种设备的出现,很好的融入到了社会生产生活中,应用在各行各业中。在此基础上决定选用STM32芯片控制技术研制一套基于定量称重灌装系统。本研究课题是企业技术开发项目,旨在研制出一套动态液体定量自动称重定量灌装系统。在企业方提出的设备实现要求的基础上,研究了动态液体定量灌装相关知识。本论文对STM32系列芯片进行了深入研究,确定其为灌装系统主控芯片。在充分分析了项目实现目的的基础下,围绕项目进行控制系统的整体设计,分模块的完成各部分电路设计,最后搭建起实物测试系统性能。在实物测试中,不断调整各参数,软件程序上不断修改,对灌装精度和效率进行改进。其中,灌装采用的是不同于现有的调节阀,而是比例调节的4421阀门,相比于8421比例阀门,实际使用中4421阀门更好实现了灌装重量的快速精确控制。经过对PID控制和模糊控制进行模型仿真研究比较后,最终决定采用一种基于比例调节的定量灌装系统。比例调节是一种基于模糊思想上的控制方法,采用比例阀门直接对灌装过程进行控制,模型仿真和实物都取得了满意的效果。
[Abstract]:Dynamic liquid quantitative filling and weighing equipment is an automatic equipment which integrates automatic control, electronic weigher, sensor and so on. The emergence of this equipment, a good integration into social production and life, applied in various industries. On this basis, it is decided to choose STM32 chip control technology to develop a filling system based on quantitative weighing. This research project is an enterprise technology development project, aimed at developing a dynamic liquid quantitative automatic weighing and filling system. On the basis of the equipment realization requirements of the enterprise, the dynamic liquid quantitative filling related knowledge is studied. In this paper, STM 32 series chips are studied, and it is determined that STM 32 chip is the main control chip of filling system. Based on the analysis of the purpose of the project, the overall design of the control system is carried out around the project, and the circuit design of each part is completed. Finally, the performance of the physical test system is built. In the physical testing, the parameters are constantly adjusted, the software program is constantly modified, and the filling accuracy and efficiency are improved. The filling valve is different from the existing control valve, but the proportional control valve is 4421. Compared with the 8421 proportional valve, the 4421 valve in practical use is better to realize the rapid and accurate control of filling weight. After the simulation of pid control and fuzzy control, a quantitative filling system based on proportional adjustment was finally adopted. Proportional adjustment is a control method based on fuzzy idea. The proportional valve is used to control the filling process directly. The model simulation and the material object have achieved satisfactory results.
