上海三级甲等医院移动医疗应用现状调查

【摘要】：目的全面了解上海市三级甲等医院App运营情况,探索进一步完善微信运营的有效措施。方法应用文本分析法以及深度访谈法,以上海市40家三级甲等医院为调查样本,对其App应用软件的开通率、患者使用率以及功能建设情况进行调查。结果在全市40家三级甲等医院中,App软件开通率为35%;在91助手、应用宝、乐商店等下载平台上,瑞金医院下载量最高,其余下载量均较低;在功能设置情况方面,领取报告、医院导航等互动功能开设率达85%,医院介绍、科室介绍等静态信息发布功能设置率仅为15%。结论移动App正在不断深化服务内涵,提供细节服务,并汲取多方资源优势,采取互助共赢的合作模式。然而仍需通过院内院外、线上线下合作的方式加大推广力度,并进一步挖掘多方资源合作潜力,进一步探索细节服务。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the App operation of Grade 3A Hospital in Shanghai and to explore the effective measures to improve WeChat operation.Methods with the method of text analysis and in-depth interview, the opening rate of App application software, the utilization rate of patients and the function construction of 40 Grade 3A hospitals in Shanghai were investigated.Results in the 40 Grade 3A hospitals in the city, the opening rate of the app software was 35. On the download platforms such as 91 assistants, YingYongBao and Le Store, Ruijin Hospital had the highest downloads, while the rest of the downloads were lower. In terms of function setting, the report was obtained.The opening rate of interactive functions such as hospital navigation and other interactive functions is 85. The setting rate of static information publishing function such as hospital introduction and department introduction is only 15.Conclusion Mobile App is deepening the service connotation, providing detail service, and taking advantage of multiple resources to adopt the cooperation mode of mutual help and win-win.However, it is still necessary to strengthen the promotion through the way of cooperation between inside and outside the hospital, online and offline, and further tap the potential of multi-resources cooperation, and further explore the detail service.
