公共自助设备的人机交互界面设计研究

【摘要】：随着人们生活节奏的加快及社会资源的日益紧张,各项繁杂业务的办理仅仅依靠窗口已经不能满足需求,各类自助设备已经在多个领域得到应用,以提高办事效率节省时间。公共自助设备在满足办理业务的功能前提下,其操作界面的简便易用也是非常重要的因素,这就要进行人机交互界面设计,可以保证使用者有一个良好的用户体验。目前公共自助设备的人机交互界面仍有一些需要解决的问题,例如信息量日益加大、操作繁杂等问题,针对这些问题本文做了理论、实验和实例研究。在理论研究中,以视觉认知格式塔原理为基础,结合公共自助设备特点进行理论分析,分别研究了视觉认知和思维认知在人机交互界面中的应用,并参考了经验、环境和目标对用户认知的影响。根据一些研究交互设计的学者提出的通用设计准则,对比个人设备和专业设备来对公共自助设备的界面设计准则进行总结,并探索这些准则在公共自助设备人机交互界面设计中的应用。用人机交互实验平台,研究如何合理设计交互界面,使一些信息量大的界面进行合理排布信息,以利于人们识别操作信息。以地铁自助售票机为例,首先设计了几个模拟界面交互系统,再通过眼动仪进行测试,对测试数据进行分析,并根据理论和实验研究结果设计了两个地铁自助售票机交互界面。
[Abstract]:With the quickening of people's life rhythm and the increasingly tight social resources, the processing of various complicated business can not meet the demand only by windows. All kinds of self-help equipments have been applied in many fields to improve the efficiency and save time.On the premise of satisfying the function of handling business, the simple and easy use of the interface of public self-help equipment is also a very important factor, which is necessary to design the man-machine interface, which can ensure the user has a good user experience.At present, there are still some problems to be solved in the man-machine interface of public self-help equipment, such as the increasing amount of information and the complicated operation, etc. In view of these problems, this paper makes a theoretical, experimental and case study.In the theoretical research, based on the principle of visual cognition Gestalt and combining with the characteristics of public self-help equipment, this paper studies the application of visual cognition and thinking cognition in man-machine interface, and refers to the experience.The impact of environment and goals on user cognition.According to the general design guidelines put forward by some scholars who study interactive design, the interface design criteria of public self-help equipment are summarized by comparing personal equipment with professional equipment.And explore the application of these guidelines in the design of man-machine interface of public self-help equipment.This paper studies how to reasonably design the interactive interface by using the man-machine interactive experiment platform, and make some interfaces with large amount of information arrange information reasonably, so as to help people to recognize the operation information.Taking the subway self-service ticket vending machine as an example, several interactive systems of simulation interface are designed firstly, and then tested by eye movement instrument, the test data are analyzed, and the interactive interface of two subway self-service ticket vending machines is designed according to the theoretical and experimental research results.
