双开关磁阻电机同步控制策略研究

【摘要】:开关磁阻电机因具有结构简单坚固、成本低、起动转矩大、起动电流小、效率高等系列优点而在许多领域得到了广泛的应用。在一些大功率或要求可靠性高等应用场合,往往需要采取两台电机进行同步传动;然而由于电机存在制造误差等原因,使得其机械特性难以达到完全一致,在采用两台电机同步传动时会因其机械特性的差异而造成两台电机输出转矩的不平衡,严重时会因其中某台电机的输出转矩过大而造成电机过载甚至烧毁的危险。论文针对由两台电机构成的同步控制系统展开研究,提出采用一种基于模糊控制的同步控制方法,取得了良好的控制效果。文中分别就该控制方法的基本原理、具体设计及仿真建模等展开了研究。论文的主要研究工作包括:首先简要介绍了开关磁阻电机的基本特点及发展概况,阐述了双开关磁阻电机同步控制的研究现状及存在的问题,提出采用基于模糊控制的双开关磁阻电机同步控制方法,介绍了论文的基本结构和主要内容。系统阐述了开关磁阻电机的基本结构、电路方程、数学模型及开关磁阻电机调速系统的基本组成,介绍了开关磁阻电机目前常用的控制方法并进行了对比分析,分析了开关磁阻电机存在转矩脉动大的问题,并研究采用基于转矩分配函数法的直接转矩控制来抑制转矩脉动。深入研究了基于模糊控制的双开关磁阻电机同步控制策略的具体设计方法,即针对由两台开关磁阻电机构成的同步控制系统,构建了以转速作为控制外环、转矩作为控制内环的双闭环控制模型,其中外环采用模糊控制策略,内环采用基于转矩分配函数法的直接转矩控制策略,并分别就相关控制策略的具体设计方法进行了理论分析与设计研究。采用MATLAB构建仿真模型,对上述控制策略的控制效果进行仿真验证,同时与传统交叉耦合控制进行对比仿真分析,仿真结果证明了该控制策略的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Switched reluctance motor (SRM) has been widely used in many fields because of its advantages of simple structure, low cost, large starting torque, low starting current and high efficiency.In some applications such as high power or high reliability, it is often necessary to adopt two motors for synchronous transmission. However, because of the manufacturing error of the motor, it is difficult to achieve complete consistency in the mechanical characteristics of the motor.When using synchronous drive of two motors, the output torque of two motors will be unbalanced due to the difference of their mechanical characteristics, and when the output torque of one of them is too large, it will lead to the danger of overload or even burnout of the motor.In this paper, a synchronous control method based on fuzzy control is proposed for the synchronous control system composed of two motors, and a good control effect is obtained.In this paper, the basic principle, design and simulation modeling of the control method are studied.The main research work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the basic characteristics and development of switched reluctance motor are briefly introduced, and the research status and existing problems of synchronous control of double switched reluctance motor are expounded.A method of synchronous control for double switched reluctance motor based on fuzzy control is proposed. The basic structure and main contents of this paper are introduced.In this paper, the basic structure, circuit equation, mathematical model and the basic composition of switched reluctance motor (SRM) speed regulation system are described systematically. The control methods commonly used in SRM are introduced and compared with each other.The problem of large torque ripple in switched reluctance motor (SRM) is analyzed, and the direct torque control based on torque assignment function (DTC) is studied to suppress the torque ripple.In this paper, the design method of synchronous control strategy of double switched reluctance motor based on fuzzy control is studied in detail. That is to say, for the synchronous control system composed of two switched reluctance motors, the rotational speed is used as the control outer loop.The torque is used as the double closed loop control model of the inner loop, in which the outer loop adopts fuzzy control strategy, and the inner loop adopts the direct torque control strategy based on the torque distribution function method.Theoretical analysis and design research on the specific design methods of related control strategies are also carried out.The simulation model is constructed by MATLAB, and the control effect of the above control strategy is verified by simulation. At the same time, compared with the traditional cross-coupling control, the simulation results show that the control strategy is effective and feasible.
