深海活塞式压力传感器控制系统的研究

【摘要】:大海作为地球生命的发源地,蕴藏着极其丰富的金属、油气和鱼类等自然资源,是人类可持续发展的重要支柱。随着人口、环境、资源等全球问题的不断恶化,为寻求长久的生存发展,各国纷纷制定海洋战略,争夺海洋资源。海底环境复杂,海底大压力是海洋开发面对的重要问题。高精度的压力检测装置是深海压力测量和海底考察的前提。大量程压力传感器,对微小压力测量精度较低,为解决这一矛盾,课题组依托国家自然科学基金项目“深海环境下传感器压力平衡及压力探测的研究(No.51279044)”设计了活塞式深海压力传感器。本文主要对传感器的控制部分进行研究。本文首先对传感器平台进行了介绍,为验证活塞式压力传感器能够实现大压力与微小压力测量,在整体上对传感器控制系统进行了设计;系统择STM32作为主控器,采用LabVIEW上位机与uC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统相结合的方式,实现对压力数据显示存储及对压力模拟和压力平衡的控制。完成控制系统的总体设计后,根据传感器各组成部分实际物理参数建立AMEsim仿真模型,对传感器特性进行仿真研究,从理论上证明传感器工作原理的可行性。仿真实验表明系统响应迅速、对压力跟踪能力较好、压力与活塞位移呈线性、传感器能够满足对大压力与微小压力变化的测量;对大压力与微小压力仿真表明,在4Mpa压力下最大误差为0.00127Mpa,在0.01Mpa压力波动下,最大误差为1.64×10~(-4)Mpa。为实现压力模拟与压力平衡的精确控制,提高系统的实时性,研制了系统硬件电路和实时操作系统的移植。根据任务的重要程度进行了任务划分和优先级分配,实现压力测量、压力模拟、压力平衡以及上位机与下位机通信。在系统硬件电路和软件调试无误后,进行实验。通过压力模拟实验得到压力随时间变化关系,为后续传感器的标定提供依据;通过压力平衡实验,证明活塞式深海压力传感器能实现大水压与微小水压的测量。

With the deterioration of global problems, such as population, environment, resources and so on, in order to seek long-term survival and development, many countries have formulated marine strategies and competed for marine resources. The sea floor environment is complex, the sea bottom big pressure is the important question which the ocean development faces. High precision pressure detection device is the premise of deep sea pressure measurement and submarine exploration.
