基于STM32F103的涵洞积水自动监测系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着私家车数量逐年剧增,为减缓交通压力,各大城市陆续建立了数量巨大的涵洞、立交桥等。而暴雨天气下会导致排水系统瘫痪,使涵洞、下穿隧道等道路低洼处的大量积水无法及时排出,给人们的生命和财产带来极大的威胁,因此建立完善的涵洞积水自动监测系统已迫在眉睫。本课题是针对人们误入涵洞、下穿隧道等道路低洼处大量积水的现象,设计并实现了一款基于STM32F103的涵洞积水自动监测系统。本系统由下位机监测终端设备和上位机监测中心组成。系统下位机首先通过超声波传感器对积水的水位信息进行实时采集,然后在监测站点利用LCD显示屏实时显示积水信息并给予相应的警示;根据挡车器的工作原理,本系统采用控制步进电机角位移的方法,实现挡车器的起落功能;采用GPRS无线通信模块把各个监测终端设备采集的积水水位信息发送到监测控制中心,同时还将采集的水位数据信息采用短信的方式经过GSM网络发送给负责处理积水的相关人员。上位机监控中心接收到GPRS传输的数据后,数据以数字和曲线形式呈现在C#设计的人机交互界面上,最后将接收到的数据存储到SQL数据库,以备将来之所需。监测控制中心也可通过广播、电台、电视、网站等发布涵洞积水的水位信息。系统经过整体模拟测试后,人机交互界面能够准确的显示数据,系统具有较低的误码率、较强的稳定等特点;步进电机能根据水位高度自动工作,大大降低了系统的成本。除此之外,系统可以有效提醒人们有关涵洞积水的信息,防止人们误入积水较深的涵洞或道路低洼处。为人们的安全出行,提供了保障。
[Abstract]:With the number of private cars increasing sharply year by year, in order to reduce traffic pressure, a large number of culverts and overpasses have been built in cities. Rainstorm weather will lead to a breakdown of the drainage system, causing a large amount of stagnant water in low-lying places, such as culverts and tunnels, to be discharged in a timely manner, posing a great threat to people's lives and property. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a perfect automatic monitoring system for culvert water accumulation. This paper aims at the phenomenon that people stumble into culvert and tunnel, and design and implement an automatic monitoring system of culvert water accumulation based on STM32F103. The system consists of the monitoring terminal equipment of the lower computer and the monitoring center of the upper computer. The system's lower computer firstly collects the water level information by ultrasonic sensor, and then displays the water level information with LCD display screen in the monitoring station and gives the corresponding warning; according to the working principle of the car stopper, the system uses the monitoring station to display the water level information in real time and give the corresponding warning. The system adopts the method of controlling the angular displacement of stepping motor to realize the hoisting and landing function of the stopper, and transmits the water level information collected by the monitoring terminal equipment to the monitoring control center by using the GPRS wireless communication module. At the same time, the collected water level information is sent by SMS via GSM network to the relevant personnel in charge of dealing with the water. After receiving the data transmitted by GPRS, the host computer monitoring center presents the data in digital and curvilinear form on the human-computer interface designed by C #. Finally, the received data is stored in the SQL database for future use. Monitoring and control center can also broadcast, radio, television, website and other information about the water level of culverts. After the whole simulation test, the man-machine interface can display the data accurately, the system has the characteristics of low bit error rate, strong stability and so on. The stepper motor can work automatically according to the water level, which greatly reduces the cost of the system. In addition, the system can effectively alert people to information about culverts and prevent people from straying into deeper culverts or low-lying roads. For the safety of people travel, provide protection.
