发动机罩外板翻边工序的改进

【摘要】:针对既有时序要求又有推拉楔结构的模具在翻边过程中出现活动凸模反应迟缓、刮料器刮件时制件变形等问题,从模具结构进行分析,通过更换刮料器的动力装置改善模具对板料的成形性。生产实际验证:该方案合理,制件成形质量良好,生产效率提高。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of slow reaction of active punch in flanging process of the mould with both timing requirements and push-pull wedge structure, and deformation of the parts when scraping parts of the scraper, this paper analyzes the die structure. The formability of die to sheet metal is improved by replacing the power device of scraper. Practical verification: the scheme is reasonable, the forming quality is good and the production efficiency is improved.
