特殊螺旋高双折射保椭圆光纤研究及其在电流互感器中的应用

【摘要】:光纤电流传感器在电力电流测量领域具有广泛的应用潜力,其中电流传感光纤的性能是制约光纤电流传感器稳定性的关键因素。针对当前构成电流传感光纤的主要组成部分光纤波片与传感光纤存在性能一致性与稳定性差的问题,设计并制作了一种特殊螺旋高双折射保椭圆光纤用作电流传感光纤,可以有效地解决电流传感光纤存在的这些问题。先介绍该特殊光纤的结构,根据耦合模理论对其传感功能、抗干扰能力进行了理论分析。利用该光纤研制了光纤电流传感器,并对其测量精度、抗振动特性等进行了检测。测试结果表明,该光纤电流传感器采用40m/s~2加速度持续振动的8h内,电流传感器测量比差保持在±0.05%,具有较强的抗干扰能力;在-40℃~70℃的温度范围内以及额定1200A的测量电流下,测量比差与相差分别在±0.05%与±1′以内;在频率为0~1500Hz内的测试电流下,电流传感的精度在±0.2%以内。采用该特殊螺旋高双折射光纤所制作的高精度和高稳定性光纤电流传感器,在±800k V灵州换流站成功挂网运行。
[Abstract]:Fiber optic current sensor has wide application potential in the field of electric current measurement, and the performance of current sensing fiber is the key factor that restricts the stability of optical fiber current sensor. Aiming at the problem of the consistency and stability between the optical fiber and the sensing fiber which are the main components of the current sensing fiber, a special spiral high birefringence elliptic preserving fiber is designed and fabricated as the current sensing fiber. These problems of current sensing fiber can be solved effectively. Firstly, the structure of the special fiber is introduced, and the sensing function and anti-jamming ability of the fiber are analyzed theoretically according to the coupling mode theory. The optical fiber current sensor is developed, and its measuring accuracy and vibration resistance are tested. The test results show that the measurement ratio of the fiber optic current sensor keeps at 卤0.05 within 8 hours after the continuous vibration of the 40m/s~2 accelerometer, and it has strong anti-interference ability in the temperature range of -40 鈩,
