光场反射式直线时栅光场分布仿真和结构设计

【摘要】:随着制造业的快速发展,我国对测试技术的要求越来越高,目前市场存在的主要测量仪器有光栅、感应同步器、激光干涉仪、磁栅等。这些测量仪器中以光栅的应用最为广泛,光栅利用精密刻线对空间位移进行测量,该课题小组所在实验室提出了时栅位移传感器的概念,利用时钟脉冲对空间位移进行刻划和测量,该位移传感器目前已逐步在工业领域内被应用。光场式时栅是时栅的一个新的研究方向,前期已经完成了透射式的光场式时栅的研究,证明了光场式时栅的可行性,现为了扩大工程上的应用,开展反射式的光场式时栅的研究。光学系统设计和光场分布仿真是光场反射式时栅研究的一个重要组成部分,光场式时栅的光学系统影响着传播光线的照度均匀性和平行性,而照度均匀性和平行性是光场式时栅的空间调制的重要保证.本文从这方面出发,提高光场式时栅的测量精度,其主要的研究内容如下。(1)深入研究时栅和光场式时栅的测量原理,从数学模型上分析了光线传播过程中的各个因素对测量的影响。(2)从光源的选择和发光特性出发,对其进行配光设计,保证光源出射光线的照度均匀性。(3)完成光学系统的设计,保证光源出射光线的平行性,减小光线的发散角对光场式时栅光强调制,提高光场式时栅的测量精度。(4)完成光学系统的公差分析和制定。最后,分析光场式时栅的动极板处和定极板处的光照强度的分布,模拟实际情况下动定极板的空间调制效果,通过Matlab绘制出探测器上的光强能量和定极板移动位移的关系图。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, the requirement of testing technology is more and more high in China. At present, the main measuring instruments in the market include grating, inductive synchronizer, laser interferometer, magnetic grating and so on. Among these measuring instruments, the grating is the most widely used. The grating uses precision line to measure the spatial displacement. The concept of time-grating displacement sensor has been put forward by the research group in the laboratory. The spatial displacement is characterized and measured by clock pulse. The displacement sensor has been used in the industrial field step by step. The light field time grating is a new research direction of the time grating. The study of the transmission light field time grating has been completed in the early stage, which proves the feasibility of the light field time grating. In order to expand the application of the project, The research of reflective light field time grating is carried out. The design of optical system and the simulation of light field distribution are an important part of the study of light field reflection time grating. The optical system of light field time grating affects the uniformity and parallelism of light transmission. The uniformity and parallelism of illumination are the important guarantee of spatial modulation of light field time grating. In this paper, the measurement accuracy of the light field time grating is improved. The main research contents are as follows: 1) the measurement principle of the time grating and the light field time grating is studied in depth. Based on the mathematical model, the influence of various factors in the process of light transmission on the measurement is analyzed. (2) from the selection of light source and the luminous characteristics, the light distribution design is carried out to ensure the illumination uniformity of the light source to complete the design of the optical system. The tolerance analysis and formulation of the optical system are completed by ensuring the parallelism of the light emitted from the light source, reducing the divergence angle of the light ray and modulating the intensity of the time-grating of the light-field type, and improving the measuring accuracy of the light-field-type time-grating. Finally, the distribution of light intensity at the moving pole plate and the fixed pole plate of the light field time grid is analyzed, and the spatial modulation effect of the moving pole plate is simulated. The relationship between the light intensity energy and the moving displacement of the fixed pole plate on the detector is plotted by Matlab.
