高精度无线通信温度检测系统设计

【摘要】:针对传统温度检测系统向用户终端传输数据时,存在布线复杂、传输距离有限的问题,设计了合适的高精度无线通信温度检测系统。利用铂电阻敏感温度变化,通过测温电桥和高质量运放保证温度数据采集的精确度,使用K60单片机完成数据转换和滤波,WiFi模块通过TCP/IP协议将温度数据发送给计算机终端,在WiFi模块信号无法覆盖的地方,可以使用短信查询的方式通过GSM模块随时传输温度数据。实验结果表明:系统测温精度能够达到0.015℃,同时能够有效实现温度数据的无线传输。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of complex wiring and limited transmission distance between traditional temperature detection system and user terminal, a suitable high precision wireless communication temperature detection system is designed. Using platinum resistance to sensitive temperature change, the accuracy of temperature data acquisition is ensured by temperature measuring bridge and high quality operation amplifier, data conversion and filtering are completed by K60 single chip computer, and WiFi module sends temperature data to computer terminal through TCP/IP protocol. In the place where the signal of WiFi module can not be covered, the temperature data can be transmitted through the GSM module by the way of short message query.
