河南省地下水资源开发利用红线指标研究

【摘要】：基于最严格的水资源管理制度,根据区域地下水长期观测资料,采用系统分析、综合评价的方法确定研究区不同区段地下水开发利用状况。基于地下水的资源供给、生态环境维持和地质环境稳定功能提出河南省地下水开发利用红线指标,并对开采区水质进行评价。结果表明,全省过度开采较严重,水质达标率普遍较低,其中地下水水质污染区与超量开采水位下降重叠区的面积约为709km2,并且地下水超采区域大多数为含水层的浅层地下水。研究结果对河南省以及其他区域地下水开发利用具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the strictest water resources management system and the long-term observation data of regional groundwater, systematic analysis is adopted. Based on the function of groundwater resource supply, ecological environment maintenance and geological environment stability, the red line index of groundwater exploitation and utilization in Henan Province is put forward. The results show that the over-exploitation of the whole province is more serious, and the water quality reaches the standard rate is generally lower. Among them, the area of groundwater polluted area and over-exploitation water level falling overlap area is about 709 km ~ 2. The results of the study are valuable for the development and utilization of groundwater in Henan Province and other regions.
