内蒙古草原利用与维护的兼容:游牧民族土地资源利用的生态经验与启示

【摘要】：通过对历史时期内蒙古草原上游牧民族(以下简称为"游牧民族")土地利用方式的考察,可以发现游牧民族土地利用方式的出现是自然及社会双重因素作用的结果,是历史发展的必然。相比于农耕文明的土地利用方式而言,游牧民族土地的开发与利用在方式、观念、投入、媒介、技术等方面,对于内蒙古草原自然环境来说,都具有极高的合理性和生态性。这也是游牧民族在内蒙古草原自然环境维护,及自身生存维系中的价值体现,在严峻的生态危机面前,对历史积淀起来的生态思想予以解读也就显得必不可少了,同时也是当下内蒙古草原从事生态文明建设的时代需求。
[Abstract]:By investigating the land use patterns of nomadic peoples in Inner Mongolia grassland during the historical period (hereinafter referred to as "nomadic peoples"), it can be found that the emergence of nomadic land use patterns is the result of both natural and social factors. Compared with the land use mode of agricultural civilization, the development and utilization of nomadic land are in the aspects of way, concept, input, media, technology, etc., for the natural environment of Inner Mongolia grassland. This is also the value of nomadic peoples in the natural environment maintenance and survival of Inner Mongolia grassland, in the face of severe ecological crisis. It is necessary to interpret the ecological thought accumulated in history, and it is also the need of the time for the construction of ecological civilization in the grassland of Inner Mongolia.
