东中西部土地要素产出弹性与土地资源配置策略研究

【摘要】：基于C-D生产函数,借助空间面板模型测算我国30省市1994-2014土地要素弹性和贡献情况。结果表明:1)根据全域Moran’s I,各省市GDP产出和土地要素投入在空间上存在极强相关性。而局部Moran’s I和LISA聚类图可知,经济增长和建设用地高聚类区皆多为东部地区,低聚类区则多为西部地区;2)土地要素投入与地区GDP增长之间存在正向关系,但东中西部地区间存在差异。从土地要素对地区经济增长的贡献率看,西部地区最高,东部地区最低。建议需根据土地要素弹性和贡献情况合理配置地区土地资源,促进经济增长。
[Abstract]:Based on C-D production function, The spatial panel model is used to estimate the elasticity and contribution of land elements in 30 provinces and cities in China from 1994 to 2014. The results show that according to the global Moran's I, there is a strong spatial correlation between the GDP output and the input of land elements in each province and city, and the local Moran's I and LISA cluster diagrams show that there is a strong correlation between them. The economic growth and the high clustering area of construction land are mostly in the eastern region, while the low cluster area is mostly in the western region.) there is a positive relationship between the input of land elements and the regional GDP growth. However, there are differences between the eastern, western and western regions. According to the contribution rate of land elements to regional economic growth, the western region is the highest and the eastern region is the lowest. It is suggested that the land resources should be rationally allocated according to the elasticity and contribution of the land elements. Promote economic growth.
