两大淡水湖“脱困”亟待加强水资源综合利用

【摘要】:正继2016年9月19日鄱阳湖星子站水位跌破12m大关,较历史同期提前54天进入低水位期后,鄱阳湖水位持续走低。由于枯水期严重缺水,鄱阳湖水生植被面积减少近400km~2,大量底栖动物旱死。鄱阳湖、洞庭湖与长江连为一体,江湖两利一直是长江治理、开发和保护的重大课题。但近20年来,"江湖关系"发生显著变化,两湖出现枯水期延长、水位超低等情况的频率渐高,破解"两湖"生态之困正变得愈发迫切。
[Abstract]:After September 19th 2016, when the water level of Xingzi Station in Poyang Lake fell below 12m, 54 days earlier than the same period in history, the water level of Poyang Lake continued to decline. The area of aquatic vegetation in Poyang Lake has been reduced by nearly 400 km2, and a large number of benthic animals have died in drought. Poyang Lake, Dongting Lake and the Yangtze River are linked together, and the river and lake benefit has always been controlled by the Yangtze River. However, in the past 20 years, the "relationship between rivers and lakes" has changed significantly, the low water level and the dry season of the two lakes have been prolonged, and the frequency of the situation such as ultra-low water level has gradually increased. Therefore, it is becoming more and more urgent to solve the ecological difficulties of the "two lakes".
