福建省乡村旅游资源评价与整合开发研究

【摘要】：伴随着国内外经济迅速发展，旅游业已经逐渐占据举足轻重的地位和作用。在旅游业的快速发展和不断深化的过程中，，独具特色的乡村旅游资源日益成为旅游产业瞄准的方向。乡村旅游资源作为旅游业开发的对象，是乡村旅游业发展的重要依托和基础。日前许多地区都将有效利用旅游资源作为促进当地旅游业发展的重要手段，而合理进行旅游资源的评价及整合开发是实现这一构想的关键环节。因此，如何整合开发乡村旅游资源，减少乡村旅游资源开发过程中的负面作用和消极影响，保持乡村旅游业可持续发展是发展乡村旅游业亟需解决的重要问题。本文以整个福建省作为地域研究单元，以整合和优化福建省内乡村旅游资源为研究目标。全文围绕福建省乡村旅游资源评价与整合开发分为6章进行论述。首先对国内及福建省乡村旅游经济发展的背景进行分析，明确了乡村旅游发展的状况和趋势；对国内外有关乡村旅游发展的研究进展进行研究，发现存在问题；其次构建了福建省乡村旅游资源评价指标体系，在现状调查的基础上，对福建省乡村旅游资源进行定量和定性综合评价，又结合评价结果和SWOT分析，剖析了当前福建省乡村旅游资源整合所面临的深层次问题；接着从整合乡村旅游资源、完善配套设施、完善管理体制这三个角度提出整合开发的具体对策；最后对全文进行总结并且进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development at home and abroad, tourism has gradually occupied a pivotal position and role. With the rapid development and deepening of the tourism industry, the unique rural tourism resources have increasingly become the direction of the tourism industry. As the object of tourism development, rural tourism resources are the important support and foundation of rural tourism development. In many areas before recent days, the effective utilization of tourism resources is regarded as an important means to promote the development of local tourism, and the rational evaluation and integrated development of tourism resources is the key link to realize this idea. Therefore, how to integrate the development of rural tourism resources, reduce the negative role and negative impact in the development of rural tourism resources, and maintain the sustainable development of rural tourism is an important problem that needs to be solved in the development of rural tourism. This paper takes the whole Fujian Province as the regional research unit to integrate and optimize the rural tourism resources in Fujian Province as the research goal. This paper discusses the evaluation and integration of rural tourism resources in Fujian Province in 6 chapters. Firstly, the background of rural tourism economic development in China and Fujian Province is analyzed, and the status and trend of rural tourism development are clarified, and the research progress of rural tourism development at home and abroad is studied, and the problems are found. Secondly, the evaluation index system of rural tourism resources in Fujian Province is constructed. Based on the investigation of the present situation, the quantitative and qualitative comprehensive evaluation of rural tourism resources in Fujian Province is carried out, and the evaluation results and SWOT analysis are combined. This paper analyzes the deep-seated problems facing the integration of rural tourism resources in Fujian Province, and then puts forward the concrete countermeasures of integrated development from the three angles of integrating rural tourism resources, perfecting the supporting facilities and perfecting the management system. At last, the paper summarizes the whole paper and looks forward to it.
