【摘要】："三农"问题,实际上就是按科学规律建设"三农"生态经济生物资源系统并使其健康发展的问题,也就是社会农业劳动生产力资源与自然资源相配套的问题。鉴于中国大批农田的抛荒和带病作业,农业缺失足够的经济总量和经济效益的低下现实状况,当务之急就是要严格遵守生物科学的循环规律,尽最大可能培育农村山、水、林、田、湖生命共同体,厚植发展优势,拓展发展空间,贮存生态经济生物资源,增加生物资源总量和经济总量。绿水青山就是巨大的生态经济资源库,是金山银山,它们既解今日之难,更为子孙后代贮藏丰富的资源。
[Abstract]:In fact, the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is to construct the ecological and economic biological resources system of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and make it develop healthily according to the scientific law, that is to say, the problem of matching the resources of social agricultural labor productivity with natural resources.
