基于生态足迹理论的横山县土地资源可持续利用研究

【摘要】:近年来横山县依靠能源产业的强力带动,经济发展迅猛,但资源能源的开采利用,势必对横山县自然生态系统造成强烈冲击,其中土地资源的可持续利用所遭遇的挑战尤为严峻。本文以陕北资源型县域横山县为研究对象,根据横山县县域经济社会发展和土地利用的现状和特点,运用生态足迹模型,对2009-2014年横山县土地资源利用可持续性进行定量评价,论述目前与将来影响横山县土地资源可持续利用中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出实现土地资源可持续利用的解决路径,从而为陕北资源型县域的土地可持续利用方式提供参考。本文在分析了横山县自然条件、社会经济情况及土地利用现状的基础上,采用生态足迹模型对横山县的土地可持续性利用评价研究。尝试性地采用“区域公顷”和“单位热值”对均衡因子和产量因子分别进行了改进。计算了横山县2009-2014年的人均生态足迹和人均生态承载力,运用人均生态盈余/赤字、万元GDP生态足迹、生态压力指数和生态协调系数四个指标对横山县的生态状况进行了多角度分析。研究结果表明,目前横山县提出了挖掘耕地利用潜力,提升草地与林地综合生产能力,充分挖掘渔业发展潜力,节约集约利用建设用地4条土地可持续利用的路径。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Hengshan County relies on the strong drive of energy industry and the rapid economic development. However, the exploitation and utilization of resources and energy is bound to have a strong impact on the natural ecosystem of Hengshan County. Among them, the challenge of sustainable use of land resources is particularly severe. According to the present situation and characteristics of economic and social development and land use in Hengshan County, this paper uses ecological footprint model to quantitatively evaluate the sustainability of land use in Hengshan County from 2009 to 2014. This paper discusses the problems existing in the sustainable utilization of land resources in Hengshan County at present and in the future, and puts forward the solutions to realize the sustainable utilization of land resources on this basis. So as to provide a reference for the sustainable use of land in the resource-based counties of northern Shaanxi. Based on the analysis of the natural conditions, social and economic conditions and the present situation of land use in Hengshan County, the ecological footprint model is used to evaluate the sustainable use of land in Hengshan County. Regional hectare and unit calorific value were used to improve the equilibrium factor and yield factor respectively. The ecological footprint per capita and ecological carrying capacity of per capita in Hengshan County from 2009 to 2014 were calculated. The ecological footprint of 10 thousand yuan GDP was calculated by using per capita ecological surplus / deficit. Ecological stress index and ecological coordination coefficient were used to analyze the ecological condition of Hengshan county. The results show that at present, Hengshan County has put forward four ways of sustainable land use, such as excavating the potential of cultivated land utilization, promoting the comprehensive productive capacity of grassland and woodland, fully tapping the potential of fishery development, and saving the sustainable use of land for intensive use of construction land.
