长江水资源保护与流域经济社会发展关系研究

【摘要】：长江是中国第一大河,是长江流域经济社会发展的重要命脉,保护好长江水资源,不仅是长江流域4亿多人民的福祉所系,也关系到长江流域乃至全国经济社会可持续发展的大局。在分析近30 a来长江流域经济社会发展与水环境变化关系的基础上,讨论了长江流域水资源保护面临的问题,并提出了加强长江流域水资源保护的思路和对策。
[Abstract]:The Yangtze River is the largest river in China and an important lifeline for the economic and social development of the Yangtze River basin. Protecting the Yangtze River water resources is not only a key to the well-being of more than 400 million people in the Yangtze River Basin. Also related to the Yangtze River Basin and even the overall situation of sustainable economic and social development. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the economic and social development of the Yangtze River basin and the change of the water environment in the past 30 years, the problems faced by the water resources protection in the Yangtze River basin are discussed, and the ideas and countermeasures for strengthening the water resources protection in the Yangtze River basin are put forward.
