赣江流域水资源综合评价及对策

【摘要】：在分析供需平衡现状的基础上,运用"警报灯"法和主成分分析法,从水资源脆弱度和水资源承载力方面对赣江流域水资源进行综合评价,阐明赣江流域水资源利用状况及经济承载力。结果表明,保证率P=95%的情况下,流域水资源紧缺。流域承载力分析表明,赣江流域水资源开发程度较大,利用结构不合理,属于中度脆弱的程度。赣江流域须增加水资源调蓄工程、发展农业节水技术及提高水资源利用率等,才能实现流域经济及生态的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of supply and demand balance, the comprehensive evaluation of water resources in Ganjiang River Basin is carried out from the aspects of water resources vulnerability and water resources carrying capacity by using "alarm lamp" method and principal component analysis. Water resources utilization and economic carrying capacity in Ganjiang River Basin are expounded. The results show that the water resources are in short supply when the guarantee rate is 95%. The analysis of basin carrying capacity shows that the water resources exploitation degree of Ganjiang River basin is large, the utilization structure is unreasonable, and it belongs to the degree of moderate vulnerability. In order to realize the sustainable development of economy and ecology in Ganjiang river basin, we should increase water resources regulation and storage engineering, develop agricultural water-saving technology and improve water resources utilization ratio.
