高频与低频超声联合应用对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

【摘要】：目的探讨高频超声与低频超声的联合应用对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析超声初诊为急性阑尾炎的患者,并与临床随诊或手术等进行比较,总结急性阑尾炎的典型声像图特征。结果高频与低频超声联合应用诊断为急性阑尾炎的患者40例,经手术证实为急性阑尾炎者共22例,按阑尾炎进行抗炎处理后症状缓解的16例,另有2例经CT检查为慢性结肠炎伴周围渗出性病变。结论高频与低频超声的联合应用能够提高急性阑尾炎的超声诊断符合率,方便快捷,结果可靠,可以作为临床常规检查的方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of the combination of high-frequency ultrasound and low-frequency ultrasound in acute appendicitis. Methods the patients with acute appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively and compared with clinical follow-up or surgery. Results 40 cases of acute appendicitis were diagnosed by the combination of high frequency and low frequency ultrasound, and 22 cases were proved to be acute appendicitis by operation. According to the appendicitis treated with anti-inflammatory treatment of 16 cases of symptoms relief. Conclusion the combination of high frequency ultrasound and low frequency ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy of acute appendicitis, and the results are reliable and convenient. It can be used as one of the methods of routine clinical examination.
