瑞芬太尼对急性重度失血性休克大鼠的肺保护作用研究

【摘要】:目的研究瑞芬太尼对急性重度失血性休克大鼠的肺保护作用。方法选用50只健康清洁级成年SD大鼠,随机分为模型组,假手术组和低、中、高3个剂量实验组,每组10只。模型组建立急性重度失血性休克模型大鼠,其他组在模型组的基础上静脉注射负荷剂量瑞芬太尼1μg·kg~(-1),低、中、高3个剂量实验组分别以0.2,0.6,1.2μg·kg~(-1)·min~(-1)的速率静脉输注瑞芬太尼,假手术组游离但不阻断肺门,模型组与假手术组静脉输注与高剂量实验组等量的0.9%NaCl。病理检查判断大鼠肺组织损伤情况,测定各组肺组织干/湿重比值(W/D)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果模型组W/D、MDA、SOD、NO分别为2.97±0.17,(3.45±1.48)nmol·mg~(-1) prot,(11.73±1.78)U·mg~(-1) prot,(0.13±0.03)μmol·mg~(-1) prot,低剂量实验组分别为2.71±0.12,(2.90±1.03)nmol·mg~(-1) prot,(14.44±1.55)U·mg~(-1) prot,(0.16±0.05)μmol·mg~(-1) prot,与模型组相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。中剂量实验组W/D、MDA、SOD、NO分别为2.33±0.16,(2.29±0.72)nmol·mg~(-1) prot,(15.59±1.80)U·mg~(-1) prot,(0.19±0.05)μmol·mg~(-1) prot,高剂量实验组分别为2.08±0.07,(1.81±0.64)nmol·mg~(-1) prot,(17.47±1.10)U·mg~(-1) prot,(0.26±0.08)μmol·mg~(-1) prot,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼可通过抑制脂质过氧化,减轻肺组织损伤,对急性重度失血性休克大鼠的肺发挥保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the lung protective effect of remifentanil on rats with acute severe hemorrhagic shock. Methods Fifty healthy adult SD rats of clean grade were randomly divided into three groups: model group, sham operation group, low, middle and high dose groups. 10 rats in each group were treated with acute severe hemorrhagic shock. The other groups were given remifentanil (1 渭 g kg 路kg ~ (-1)) intravenously on the basis of the model group. The low, middle and high doses of remifentanil were administered at the rate of 0.2U 0.61.2 渭 g / kg / min / min respectively (n = 10), and the other groups received remifentanil intravenously at a rate of 0.2U 0.61.2 渭 g / kg 路min ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1).
