产前心理护理对孕产妇的分娩方式及剖宫产率的影响

【摘要】：目的研究在对产妇采取有效的产前心理护理的意义。方法选取在我院进行治疗的98例孕产妇,将其随机平均分为两组,观察组与对照组各49例,对对照组的孕产妇采取常规的产前心理护理措施,对观察组的孕产妇采取重点产前心理护理的措施,并宣传教育剖宫产和自然分娩的优缺点。宣传教育后,对两组产妇的剖宫产率及分娩方式进行比较。结果比较两组产妇的情况,发现观察组孕产妇明显比对照组孕产妇好,存在显著性差异(P0.05),在统计学上有意义。结论对孕产妇采取有效的产前心理护理措施能够显著降低剖宫产率,提升自然分娩率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the significance of effective prenatal psychological nursing for parturient.Methods 98 pregnant and parturient women who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 49) and the control group (n = 49).The key prenatal psychological nursing measures were adopted in the observation group, and the advantages and disadvantages of cesarean section and natural delivery were propagated.After propaganda and education, the cesarean section rate and delivery mode of the two groups were compared.Results the results showed that the pregnant women in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), which was statistically significant.Conclusion effective antenatal psychological nursing measures can significantly reduce cesarean section rate and increase natural delivery rate.
