23例心脏移植手术患儿的护理

【摘要】：总结23例小儿心脏移植手术的护理要点,包括:小儿供心获取和保护要点,小儿心脏移植的手术配合要点,小儿心脏移植患者手术期容量管理,手术期体温的控制以及体外膜肺氧合和延迟关胸的护理。23例患儿术后平均住院(24.5±8.3)d,1例患儿出院后19个月死于原发性移植物衰竭,其余22例患儿均存活,心功能恢复至纽约心脏病协会心功能分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级。
[Abstract]:The main points of nursing care for pediatric heart transplantation were summarized as follows : the main points of pediatric donor acquisition and protection , the operation cooperation points of pediatric heart transplantation , the control of operation period temperature and the nursing of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and delayed closure . The average hospitalization ( 24.5 卤 8.3 ) days after operation , the remaining 22 cases survived , and the cardiac function recovered to NYHA class I - 鈪，
