体位改变对健康人群视神经鞘直径的影响

【摘要】:目的应用超声检测健康成年人视神经鞘直径(ONSD),探讨体位与ONSD是否存在相关性。方法通过在特伦德伦伯格卧位、仰卧位及反向特伦德伦伯格卧位进行ONSD监测,分析受试对象双侧ONSD的差异性。结果不同性别、年龄之间ONSD差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。不同体质指数(BMI)人群ONSD差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。在特伦德伦伯格卧位,眼球后3 mm的ONSD为(3.58±0.08)mm,在仰卧位ONSD为(3.62±0.10)mm,反向特伦德伦伯格卧位的ONSD为(3.57±0.12)mm,3种体位之间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在健康人群中,超声检测视神经鞘直径不会随着体位而发生显著改变。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the diameter of optic nerve sheath (ONSD) in healthy adults by ultrasound and to investigate the correlation between postural position and ONSD. Methods the differences of bilateral ONSD were analyzed by ONSD monitoring in Trenderenberg's supine supine and reverse Trenderberg's recumbent position. Results there was no significant difference in ONSD between sex and age (P 0.05). The difference of ONSD in different BMI groups was statistically significant (P 0.001). The ONSD of 3 mm behind the eyeball was 3.58 卤0.08 mm in Trenderberg's supine position, and 3.62 卤0.10 mm in supine position, while the ONSD in reverse trunderberg's position was 3.57 卤0.12 mm. There was no significant difference among the three postures (P 0.05). Conclusion in healthy population, the diameter of optic nerve sheath measured by ultrasound does not change significantly with posture.
