健康青年人改良式多方向伸展测试的稳定性界限研究

【摘要】:目的:建立健康青年人改良式多方向伸展测试(m MDRT)的稳定性界限正常值,为临床应用提供理论基础。方法:应用mMDRT评估了81例健康青年人,分别记录其8个方向(正前、右前、右侧、右后、正后、左后、左侧、左前)的静态平举和动态前伸值。结果:静态平举时,正前和正后最小,分别为(67.86±6.36)cm和(70.99±6.07)cm,显著性小于其他方向;右后和左后分别为(72.05±5.82)cm和(73.19±4.95)cm,稍大于正前和正后,但显著小于其他方向;右前、右侧、左侧、左前数值分别为(76.03±7.56)cm、(75.90±6.91)cm、(75.77±5.31)cm和(77.43±7.16)cm,相对较大。动态前伸时,正前、右前和左前数值最大,分别为(98.12±8.88)cm、(98.67±9.98)cm和(97.86±9.68)cm,显著性大于其他方向(P0.05);其次为右侧和左侧方向,分别为(93.09±9.72)cm和(92.42±8.26)cm,小于正前、右前和左前方(P0.05),但大于右后、正后和左后方(P0.05);其余右后、正后和左后三个方向数值最小(P0.05),分别为(87.76±8.13)cm、(85.30±7.92)cm和(87.90±7.27)cm。结论:mMDRT评估可以较好地反映人体的静态和动态平衡能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the normal limit of stability of modified multidirectional stretch test (MDRT) for healthy young people and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods: mMDRT was used to evaluate 81 healthy young people, and the static and dynamic protruding values were recorded in 8 directions (anterior, right, posterior, left, left) respectively. Results: in static horizontal lifting, the minimum values were 67.86 卤6.36)cm and 70.99 卤6.07 cm, respectively, and 72.05 卤5.82)cm and 73.19 卤4.95 cm in the back of the right and the back of the left, which were slightly larger than those in the positive front and the posterior, but significantly smaller than those in the other directions. The left anterior values were 75.90 卤6.91 5.31)cm and 77.43 卤7.16 cm respectively, which were relatively larger. In dynamic forward extension, the values of positive front, right front and left front were the highest, 98.67 卤9.98)cm and 97.86 卤9.68 cm, respectively, which were significantly higher than that in other directions, followed by the right and left directions, which were 93.09 卤9.72)cm and 92.42 卤8.26 cm, respectively, smaller than that of positive front, right front and left anterior, but larger than those of right posterior, right front and left front, respectively. The values of P0.05 in the right, posterior and left posterior are the lowest, 85.30 卤7.92)cm and 87.90 卤7.27cm, respectively, in the three directions of the right, the left and the left, respectively, and the values are 87.76 卤8.13 cm ~ (-1) and 87.90 卤7.27 cm ~ (-1), respectively. Conclusion the weight mMDRT evaluation can better reflect the static and dynamic balance ability of human body.
