品管圈活动在降低门诊抽血不合格标本率中的效果观察

【摘要】：正品管圈始于20世纪50年代初期的日本,随着时代进步,被各个国家在经济制度、教育体系、护理质量、药物管理及医疗管理等各领域广泛应用~([1])。本院平均每月门诊抽血量60 000余管,如果出现标本不合格会给患者造成经济及精神上的负担,甚至会延误其治疗时间。为降低抽血标本不合格率,本课题组应用品管圈活动和相关工具,通过团队合作,检查不合格标本的原因,有针对性地采取对策,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选择本院2015年3月至2015年6月门诊抽

With the development of the times, it has been widely used in the fields of economic system, education system, nursing quality, drug management and medical management in various countries. The average monthly outpatient blood sampling in our hospital is more than 60,000 tubes. If the specimen is not qualified, it will cause economic and mental burden to the patients, and even delay their treatment time. In order to reduce the unqualified rate of blood samples, our group applied quality control circle activities and related tools, through team work, to check the causes of unqualified specimens, and take countermeasures accordingly.
