正常下肢动脉缺血模型肌肉微循环MR多序列成像研究
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility of using spin-labeled (IVIM), artery spin-labeled (ASL) magnetic resonance technique to study the myocardial ischemia and perfusion of calf muscles in (BOLD), voxel dependent blood oxygen level. Methods 15 healthy volunteers were subjected to different degrees of pressure on the root of one thigh. BOLD,IVIM and ASL were performed on the 30-T MRI scanner before compression, 20 mmHg on the basis of systolic pressure (40 mmHg (P40) on the basis of P20), systolic blood pressure and 40 mmHg (P40) on the basis of P20), systolic blood pressure, respectively) on 3.0T MRI scanner. The BOLD-T_2~* values of tibial anterior muscle, fibula longus muscle, soleus muscle and gastrocnemius muscle were measured by corresponding post-processing software. The transdermal oxygen partial pressure (TcPO_2) values in four states were measured by the transdermal oxygen partial pressure meter in the imaging region as a reference. Results in the four different states, the BF value and the T _ 2 value of the leg muscles in the compression side were statistically significant (P0.05), but the f value of the tibial anterior muscle was not statistically significant. Under the condition of P20 and P40, the values of BF and T _ 2T _ 2 * of the leg muscles in the compression side were significantly lower than those before compression (P 0.008), and the f values were higher than those before compression. Under P40 condition, there was significant difference in BF value between the compression side and the control side, except for the tibial anterior muscle T _ 2T _ 2 *, and there was a significant difference between the BF value and T _ 2T _ 2 value of the other muscles. There was a significant difference in BF value and T _ 2T value of gastrocnemius muscle between the pressurized side and the control side in P20 state. All values after release of pressure tended to baseline value. BF value and T _ 2C _ (2) * value were positively correlated with TcPO_2 (蟻 ~ (0.465U) P ~ (0.001), 蟻 ~ (0. 522) P ~ (0.001). F values were negatively correlated with TcPO_2 (蟻 ~ (-0.351g) P ~ (0.018). Conclusion the changes of ASL-BF,BOLDT_2~*,IVIM-f value can be used to evaluate the blood perfusion of calf muscle. There is a positive correlation between BF value and TcPO_2 value, but a negative correlation between f value and TcPO_2 value.
