下肢深静脉血栓溶栓治疗中两种气囊压力带辅助应用的对照研究
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the pressure range of two kinds of balloon pressure bands in (DVT) thrombolytic therapy of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity, which can effectively dissolve thrombus and improve the comfort of patients, and provide basis for individualized and standardized nursing process. Methods Eighty patients with lower limb DVT were divided into two groups: modified balloon pressure band group (study group) and traditional sphygmomanometer cuff band group (control group). The daily dosage of urokinase was the same. The blood pressure of the two groups was measured during the venography of the lower extremity, that is, the balloon pressure of the deep vein of the lower extremity during the development of the deep vein of the lower extremity. The swelling rate, mean thrombus clearance rate and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results the mean occlusion pressure of superficial vein flow in the study group was 6575 mm Hg, (70 卤5) mm Hg;). In the control group, the mean value of the occlusion pressure of the superficial vein flow of the lower extremity was 60 mm Hg, (70 卤10) mm Hg.). The swelling rate of leg circumference, the average thrombus clearance rate and the comfort score of the two groups were significantly different (P0.05), and the study group was superior to the control group. Conclusion compared with the cuff band of the traditional surface sphygmomanometer, the modified balloon pressure band can be used to block the superficial venous blood flow of the lower extremity, and the therapeutic effect of thrombolytic therapy is better, and the comfort of the patients is higher during the treatment.
