基于表面肌电信号的不同握姿下动态屈伸肘特性研究

【摘要】:正屈伸肘运动是我们日常生活中经常使用的动作,比如家务劳动,上肢肌肉力量的健身活动等,都离不开屈伸肘运动。长期使用屈伸肘运动工作的人,很容易发生上肢肌肉损害。上肢肌肉劳损患者经常采用自己习惯的姿势进行康复训练,然而往往不注重握姿的重要性,以致达不到预期的康复,效果甚至对肌肉造成二次损害~([1])。有研究表明,姿势负荷的不同,达到的康复训练效果也不同,比如国外Waterloo大学制定的姿势负荷评分办法~([2]);国内丁嘉顺等~([2])提出了静态姿
[Abstract]:Positive elbow flexion is a common action in our daily life, such as household work, upper limb muscle strength fitness activities, all can not be separated from elbow flexion and extension exercise. People who use elbow flexion and elbow exercises for a long time are prone to upper limb muscle damage. Patients with upper limb muscle strain often use their customary posture for rehabilitation training, but they often do not pay attention to the importance of holding posture, so that they can not achieve the expected rehabilitation, and even cause secondary damage to the muscle. Some studies have shown that different postural load can achieve different rehabilitation training effects, such as the postural load scoring method developed by Waterloo University in foreign countries ~ (2), and the static posture proposed by Ding Jiashun et al. ([2]) in China.
