MR mDIXON-Quant技术精确测量2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者的肝脏脂肪含量
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of MR mDixon-Quant in the accurate measurement of liver fat content in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods: a total of 98 subjects were enrolled in the study. There were 33 males and 16 females in the diabetic group (with type 2 diabetes mellitus) and 33 males and 16 females in the control group (without type 2 diabetes mellitus). Liver 3.0T MR mDixon-Quant was performed on all subjects and liver fat content (%) was measured. Fat content of 5% was used as the diagnostic criteria for fatty liver. To compare the detection rate of nonalcoholic fatty liver between the two groups. Results: the median content of liver fat in diabetic group was 5.5% (25 percentile 3.8%, 75 min 11.0%), and in control group liver fat content was 3.7% (25 percentile 2.5%), while that in control group was 3.5% (25 / 25) and 2.5% (25 / 25), respectively. 75 percents (5.7%). The total detection rate of fatty liver was 59.2% in diabetic group and 28.6% in control group. In male subjects, the detection rate of fatty liver in diabetic group was 63.6% (21 / 33), which was higher than that in control group (30.3%, 10 / 33), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). In female subjects, the detection rate of fatty liver in diabetic group was 50.0% (8 / 16), which was higher than that in control group (25.0%, 4 / 16), but there was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: MR mDixon-Quant technique is a simple and accurate method for measuring liver fat content in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver. It can provide important reference for screening, diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
