近代西北回族政治势力的崛起与社会变迁

【摘要】：西北回族政治势力的崛起,改善了回族的社会地位,成为西北政坛重要的制衡力量,同时带来了回族社会的深刻变迁:回族社会出现自治倾向,社会开放对外交流扩大,民族教育制度初步建立,工商业走向繁荣,由传统社会向近代社会转型。回族社会的变迁与发展也提供了重要的历史启示:西北政局的关键是处理好民族关系;中央政府需要更多地承担民族地区制度变迁与进步的发展成本;在民族地区既要发展民族经济,也要注重保护生态环境;在增强各民族之间的互信与了解的同时,培养对祖国向心力和中华民族的认同感。
[Abstract]:The rise of the political forces of the Hui nationality in Northwest China has improved the social status of the Hui nationality and become an important counterbalance force in the northwest political arena. At the same time, it has brought about the profound changes of the Hui society: the Hui society has a tendency of autonomy, the social opening to the outside world has expanded, The ethnic education system was initially established, industry and commerce became prosperous, and the transition from traditional society to modern society. The changes and development of Hui society also provided important historical enlightenment: the key of the political situation in Northwest China was to handle the ethnic relations well; The central government needs to bear more of the development costs of institutional changes and progress in ethnic areas; to develop the national economy and also to protect the ecological environment in ethnic areas; and at the same time to enhance mutual trust and understanding among ethnic groups. Cultivate the sense of identity of the Chinese nation and the centripetal force of the motherland.
