西班牙的加泰罗尼亚问题

【摘要】：加泰罗尼亚人是西班牙三个"历史民族"(nacionalidades hist6ricas)之一,其他两个是加利西亚人和巴斯克人。加泰罗尼亚人历来有一种根深蒂固的认同感,在西班牙民主制度重建之初,《加泰罗尼亚自治条例》就获得了通过,这满足了他们自我治理(autogobierno)的愿望。然而,自治条例修改的失败,加上严重的经济危机,以及与中央政府的分歧日益激化,其分离主义诉求现日趋高涨,成为未来三年亟待解决的问题。
[Abstract]:Catalonians are one of the three "historical peoples" of Spain. The other two are Galicans and Basques.Catalans have always had a deep-rooted sense of identity, and the Catalan Autonomy Act was passed at the beginning of the rebuilding of Spanish democracy, satisfying their desire to govern themselves.However, with the failure of the reform of the autonomy regulations, the serious economic crisis and the growing divisions with the central government, the demands of separatism are now rising, becoming an urgent problem to be solved in the next three years.
