西藏藏族人口东向流动现实意义探微

【摘要】：改革开放和市场经济体制的确立开启了一个新的时代。人口作为社会经济行为中最活跃的要素之一,其流动方向、流动频率、流动方式不但能够最直观地展示经济社会发展的状况,往往也成为衡量不同民族之间、不同地区之间社会联系之深度和广度的标志。在西藏,一方面是长期以来全国从人力、物力、财力等方面给予大力支援和帮助,另一方面则是内地各省为西藏提供了巨大的国内市场,提供了多种多样的发展机会和条件,吸引和推动着西藏藏族人口自发地东向流动。这两个相辅相成的历史过程是我国社会发展的必然现象,善于抓住这一历史性的契机意义重大。
[Abstract]:Reform and opening up and the establishment of a market economy system opened a new era. As one of the most active elements of social and economic behavior, population flow direction, frequency and mode of movement can not only display the economic and social development situation directly, but also become a measure of different ethnic groups. A symbol of the depth and breadth of social ties between different regions. In Tibet, on the one hand, for a long time, the whole country has given great support and assistance in terms of human, material and financial resources. On the other hand, the mainland provinces have provided Tibet with a huge domestic market, providing various development opportunities and conditions. It attracts and promotes the spontaneous eastward movement of Tibetan population in Tibet. These two complementary historical processes are an inevitable phenomenon in China's social development, and it is of great significance to grasp this historic opportunity.
