福建省begomoviruses的检测和分子生物学研究

双生病毒是一类重要的植物病毒,病毒粒子呈典型的孪生状,基因组由单链环状DNA构成。当前,双生病毒科被分为9个属,分别为Becurtovirus,Begomovirus,Capulavirus,Curtovirus,Eragrovirus,Grablovirus,Mastrevirus,Topocuvirus 和 Turncurtovirus。双生病毒,特别是begomovirus,在热带和亚热带地区严重危害。在一些欠发达国家和地区,它们甚至会造成饥荒。近年来,begomovirus的发生在中国南方越来越普遍。然而,这类病毒在福建省的发生情况还不甚清楚。在第一部分,本研究于2015-2017年间,从福建各地采集了疑似begomovirus侵染的朱槿、玫瑰茄、黄秋葵、黄麻、芒麻、番茄和胜红蓟等植物样本。利用简并引物PCR并结合必要的全基因组克隆,本研究从这些样本中鉴定到6种begomovirus,分别为木尔坦棉花曲叶病毒(CLCuMuV)、番茄黄化曲叶病毒(TYLCV)、越南黄麻黄脉病毒(COYVV),苎麻花叶病毒(RamV)、中国胜红蓟黄脉病毒(AYVCnV)和野葛花叶病毒(KuMV)。...
