  近年来,在纳米尺度上构建具有高负载能力、有序介孔孔道和表面改性的中空载体是药物递送的研究热点。本论文采用阿维菌素(avermectin,AVM)和氯虫苯甲酰胺(chlorantraniliprole,CLAP)作为模式药物,分别制备了不同尺寸和释放性能的功能化中空介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子(Hollow20mesoporous20silica,HMS),负载模式药物后,采用α-环糊精作为封堵剂封闭HMS表面的介孔,制备了能够在昆虫中肠中响应酶的刺激从而释放药物的控制释放剂型(controlled20release20formulation,CRF)。主要结果如下:以不同尺寸的聚苯乙烯胶束为模板,正硅酸四乙酯在其表面水解凝聚成二氧化硅,经600℃高温煅烧去除聚苯乙烯模板,得到三种尺寸(14020nm,40020nm和1500nm)的中空介孔二氧化硅。应用N-苯基氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷对HMS表面进行改性,以扩散的方式将农药负载至改性的HMS中。然后,采用α-环糊精作为封堵剂与苯胺基发生作用,封闭HMS表面介孔,从而制备出控制释放剂型。通过透射电子显微镜(transmission20electro...
