水稻根系相关内生细菌的分离鉴定及生防潜能研究

水稻(Oryza sativa L.)是世界上最重要的粮食作物之一。水稻在生长的过程中受到各种病原菌的影响,其中植物病原真菌可使水稻产生多种重要的病害,这些水稻疾病的爆发导致严重的经济损失。目前防治这些水稻病害的主要途径是使用化学农药,然而化学农药长期、大量不合理的使用导致其产生的抗药性,抗药性菌株的出现已成为病害频繁爆发的最主要因素。随着经济社会的快速发展,人们对农产品质量安全和生态环境的要求越来越高,这迫使我国必须尽快研究和开发出替代化学农药的绿色安全高效生物防治制剂以有效地防治水稻病害。生防微生物及其代谢产物具有防效高、环境友好且对人畜无毒等优点,是一类理想的可替代化学农药的产品。根系内的内生细菌及其代谢产物具有抑制植物病原菌的活性,从而增强植物对病原菌的抵抗力。许多内生细菌由于对植物病原菌具有良好的抑制活性,已经被开发成生物防治剂在田间广泛使用。然而,水稻根系内生细菌对植物病原真菌的研究却鲜有报道。本研究选取水稻田间不同品种的健康植株,对水稻根系的内生细菌进行了分离鉴定,测定了内生细菌对几种重要水稻真菌病原物的抑制活性,并对内生细菌生防机制进行了初步探究,具体的研究结果如下:1...
