豌豆蚜虫(半翅目:蚜虫)种群对部分豌豆品种和高温的反应

豌豆蚜虫(Acyrthosiphon pisum)是豆类作物上的重要害虫,是研究生态物种和分子生物学的模型生物。我们设计了一组实验,以评估高温对豌豆蚜虫在各种豌豆品种上的种群参数的影响,温度分别为27,30,33,36和39°C。对于活若虫,发育期(从出生到成年)在27°C时最高,在390C时最低。在所有温度下,幼虫发育迅速,而在39°C时,记录的发育时期缓慢。从27°C到最佳36°C的未成熟发育速度迅速增加,此后在39°C下降至37%。在27°C,30°C,33°C,36°C和27°C的温度下,成年蚜虫的寿命为9.0、9.1、8.8、6.9天,通常产生的后代数量为37、30、16、11和0。分别为390C。此外,从27°C升至°C时,固有的增加速率明显更高。这些结果反映在蚕豆上豌豆蚜虫的种群增长随着温度在270C至360C之间的升高而增加,此后下降。在第二个实验中,发现豌豆蚜种群参数对5个豌豆豌豆(Pisum sativum L)的选定高温(27、30、33、36、39°C)的响应,是在实验室测试...
