中国长针线虫科及毛刺线虫科种间及种内群体的形态学及分子特征研究

  植物寄生线虫系一类严重威胁农业生产的重要的植物病原生物。线虫本身或和土壤中其他微生物的协同作用可以侵染和危害植物的根、茎、叶、果实和种子等。长针类和毛刺类线虫均系植物根的外寄生线虫,是刺嘴纲(Enoplea)内具有植物寄生能力的典型类群,长针类和毛刺类线虫可寄生危害许多的植物类群,更重要的是其中的长针线虫属、拟长针线虫属、剑线虫属、毛刺线虫属和拟毛刺线虫属内的一些种类可以作为一些重要植物病毒的传播介体。这些属中的新种或者潜在的重要种类的鉴定及描述对农业上植物检疫等措施,抑制其传播有重要的意义。本研究的目的是通过形态学和分子生物学的方法和技术提供准确的有关长针类和毛刺类线虫的鉴定及检测方法,以及中国发生的长针类和毛刺类线虫种群与国际上报道的有关种群的系统发育关系。本研究通过对来自国内浙江、湖北、山东、安徽、海南、山西、云南、重庆和北京等9个省(市)内,涉及公园、森林、果园等生物栖息地的植物根围共采集528份土壤样品(其中包括进境植物根围截获的样品)。通过改进的过筛法进行线虫的分离,线虫种的形态学鉴定系通过来源于多岐检索表的分类特征和已报道种群原始描述的形态学特征及形态测量值比较,同时所有...
