QuEChERS提取方法结合超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定水、土和水稻中的氯代水杨胺

本研究采用Qu ECh ERS前处理方法,建立了一种利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测水、水稻和土壤中氯代水杨胺(LDS)的灵敏、快速、简便的残留分析方法。氯代水杨胺(LDS)采用乙腈提取,Florisil和C18净化。采用电喷雾离子源负离子电离模式,目标化合物在3分钟内完成检测。氯代水杨胺在水、水稻和土壤三种基质中的平均回收率为82.54%99.9%,相对标准偏差为1.51%4.86%(n=5)。检出限(LOD)小于0.011μg kg-1,定量限(LOQ)低于5μg kg-1,明显低于澳大利亚制定的最大残留限量。该方法简便可靠,满足对水、水稻和土壤样品中氯代水杨胺(LDS)的检测。本研究为中国制定氯代水杨胺(LDS)在不同农产品和环境样品中的最大残留水平和分析方法提供了理论基础。
