土壤熏蒸及施用生防菌对香蕉根结线虫及土壤线虫群落的影响

  我国海南省香蕉由于连年种植在酸性砂壤土中,容易受到植物寄生线虫的危害。植物寄生线虫的防治主要依赖于化学药剂,虽然见效快,但持效性差、环境污染严重,急需寻找一种高效环保且低成本的替代措施。本研究以碳酸氢铵和石灰作为研究对象,筛选其施用模式,探究其对植物寄生线虫的防效及土壤线虫群落结构的影响;筛选拮抗根结线虫的内生菌,研究其对香蕉植物寄生线虫的防效及其生防机制;在盆栽和田间条件下,通过土壤熏蒸结合定植含拮抗内生菌的香蕉苗,测定对植物寄生线虫的防效及其对土壤线虫群落结构的影响,旨在为香蕉根结线虫的综合防治提供理论与技术支撑。主要研究结果如下:1.土壤熏蒸剂的施用模式筛选结果发现,熏蒸剂在土壤中的最佳施用量为:石灰0.856 g/kg soil和碳酸氢铵0.428 g/kg soil。施用碳酸氢铵和石灰组合(LAB)较单独施用碳酸氢铵(AB)的土壤线虫总数减少近50%,较不添加任何试剂的对照减少66.2%。石灰碳酸氢铵组合在土壤含水量较低时即能发挥显著的杀线效果,且在较大温度范围内发挥显著的杀线效果,施用后能显著提高土壤pH值、NH4+-N、NO3--N和总氮含量。将筛选的熏蒸剂进行盆栽防效试...
