SH1、Y-1对苹果生长结果及其生理特性的影响

矮化密植具有优质高效、结果早等优点,已成当今苹果生产的必然趋势。本试验以SH1和Y-1为中间砧,八棱海棠(Malus robusta Rehd.)为基砧的’长富2号’(Malus domesticaBorkh.cv.Nagano Fuji No.2)苹果树为试材,研究不同中间砧对树体的生长结果特性、叶片组织结构、光合特性、碳氮代谢和果实品质的影响,为生产上SH1和Y-1的选择利用提供理论依据。主要研究结果如下:1.与SH1矮化中间砧相比,Y-1树体长势缓和,更有利于富士苹果矮化,有利于当年生新梢形成花芽,以Y-1作矮化中间砧的苹果树新梢长度极显著低于SH1矮化中间砧苹果树,短枝率(64.43%)显著高于SH1树体(44.45%),长枝比例(10.50%)显著低于SH1树体(19.21%),秋梢节间长度显著短于SH1,短80.51%,叶片厚度和比叶重高于SH1树体,但差异不显著。2.花后80 d前,Y-1的叶绿素含量和净光合速率显著低于SH1,花后80 d以后,Y-1极显著高于SH1。花后60d,Y-1的Fv/Fm、ΦPS Ⅱ和ETR极显著低于SH1,光饱和点低于SH1,补偿点高于SH1...
