基于系统动力学的业务和生产-配送过程的建模和竞争分析

在日益激烈的市场竞争环境中,很多因素可以影响一个公司发展的稳健性,但是其中最为公司管理者所重视的因素主要集中在以下几个方面:销售、潜在客户、实际客户、市场内部的销售渠道、不同销售渠道的库存以及生产-分销系统的整合。本文的研究目的是使用仿真的手段,来模拟制造企业生产-分销系统中这些因素的影响,进而帮助制造商管理者做出更好地运营决策。在大多数情况下,制造商会有大量的潜在客户,这一类客户对公司产品存在需求且具备购买能力这类客户与企业存在着销售合作机会。经过企业及销售人员的努力,可以把潜在客户转变为现实客户。而作为客户本身,其购物满意度是其是否会从企业的潜在客户转变为实际客户的主要决定因素。而客户满意度的高低则是由很多因素共同决定的,比如企业的缺货率、营销水平、送货提前期等。比如,企业的潜在客户会在销售期开始时对制造商下订单进行订货,但是如果制造商的初试库存无法满足其所收到的订单,则会相应出现缺货现象,进而造成订单的丢失和延迟。丢失的订单会直接影响制造商销售的市场份额,而延迟订单则会随着时间的推移逐步影响企业的市场份额。此外,对于制造商下游的经销商来说,制造商供货能力的不足,也会极大地影响经销...
