钢铁行业转型对经济效益与社会效益影响分析——由“雾霾”治理与钢铁行业“转型难”引发的思考

【摘要】：环保纪录片《穹顶之下》引发了对重污染行业向环保行业转型的思考。本文以钢铁行业(重污染)和大气污染治理行业(环保)为例,以该行业中A股上市公司为研究对象,通过对其近年来占用的经济资源、产生的经济和社会效益进行对比分析,发现钢铁行业存在消耗大量政府补助、资产回报率低、就业承载力较低等问题;而大气污染治理行业盈利能力较好,存在巨大的发展空间,且潜在的就业机会能够妥善解决转型中产生的人员就业问题。因此,无论从经济效益还是社会效益来看,推进钢铁行业的过剩产能向环保行业转型具有现实的可行性。
[Abstract]:The environmental documentary "under the dome" has triggered a reflection on the transformation of the heavy pollution industry to the environmental protection industry. In this paper, the iron and steel industry (heavy pollution) and air pollution (environmental protection industry) as an example, in the industry in the A shares of listed companies as the research object, through analyzing its recent years occupied economic resources, economic and social benefits of the iron and steel industry, found to consume a large amount of government subsidies, low return on assets and the employment capacity is low; and the profitability of the air pollution control industry is good, there is a huge space for development, and potential employment to properly solve the employment problem in the transformation of the staff. Therefore, in terms of economic and social benefits, it is feasible to promote the transformation of the surplus capacity of the steel industry to the environmental protection industry.
