【摘要】:目前在国际油价快速下跌的严峻的形势下,海外能源投资项目逐步在缩减,有的推迟启动,有的长期搁置甚至直接关停终止。同时许多中央八项规定出台以来,政治生态悄然改变、党风政风明显改善,过去侧重国际旅游考察、商务接待、公款消费的酒店客流开始锐减、效益出现下滑。YG公司作为国内一家能源集团公司下面的以服务海外能源项目物业配餐、酒店旅游为主营业务的国际化后勤综合服务型公司,首当其冲的受到了冲击和影响,整体经营效益压力较大,直接影响着YG公司的可持续发展。本文首先对绩效管理理论进行了简要说明,并对平衡计分卡的理论进行详细分析,阐述了平衡计分卡理论概念、内容、特点、关键指标设计过程以及应用的实施步骤。其次本文对YG公司基本状况进行了介绍,对绩效管理状况进行了分析,提出运用平衡计分卡建立与YG公司战略目标相一致的绩效考核体系来解决公司在绩效管理中存在的问题,充分激发员工工作的积极性和工作热情,保证员工工作目标与企业战略目标一致,最终增强YG公司的核心竞争力,实现公司健康、持续发展。同时还为行业内其它后勤服务公司实施平衡计分卡提供了启示和借鉴,具有很强的现实意义。
[Abstract]:At present, under the grim situation of the rapid decline of international oil prices, overseas energy investment projects are gradually decreasing, some of them are postponed, and some have been shelved or shut down for a long time. At the same time, many of the provisions of the central eight since the introduction of political ecology, the wind quietly changed obviously, the past emphasis on international tourism, business reception, hotel flow of public consumption dropped, benefits decline. YG company is to serve the overseas energy project property catering, hotel and tourism as the main business of international integrated logistics service company under a domestic Cic Energy Corp, bear the brunt of the impact and influence of the overall operating efficiency, the pressure is bigger, which directly affects the sustainable development of YG company. This paper first gives a brief introduction to the theory of performance management, and analyzes the theory of the balanced scorecard, and expounds the theoretical concept, content, characteristics, key indicators design process and implementation steps of the balanced scorecard. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic situation of YG company, on the situation of performance management are analyzed, put forward using balanced scorecard to establish strategic objectives consistent with YG company's performance appraisal system to solve the existing problems of performance management in the company, fully arouse the enthusiasm of staff and work enthusiasm, ensure employees work objectives consistent with the the enterprise strategic target, finally enhance the core competitiveness of YG company, the company to achieve healthy and sustainable development. At the same time, it also provides inspiration and reference for other logistics service companies in the industry to implement the balanced scorecard, which is of great practical significance.
