【摘要】:在总结前人对组织间信任问题研究的不足的基础上,本文对工程项目团队组织间信任进行了分析,重点研究了工程项目团队中各个施工单位组织间信任的演化过程。基于对工程项目以及团队的固有特征的分析,在文章中将工程项目团队组织间信任关系的发展过程分为快速信任以及传统信任两个阶段,以及预设、认知、情感和稳定四种信任形态。工程项目团队组织间信任关系的建立主要受到了自然社会环境、项目周期、企业声誉、专业能力、企业文化和价值观、交往经历、企业间交流沟通这7个因素影响,拥有阶段性、临时性、不稳定性以及风险性这4个特点。以博弈中各个参与方的有限理性为前提,结合演化博弈的相关知识,研究工程项目各个施工单位之间信任关系建立和发展过程,构建了对称条件下和非对称条件下两种组织间信任演化博弈模型,并对两种条件下组织间信任的演化路径和稳定性进行了梳理。同时结合国内LX高铁工程建设项目的具体案例,运用数学分析软件进行仿真分析,印证了相关结论。最后,本文提出了五点可以促进工程项目团队组织间信任关系快速建立的策略建议,即加强组织文化宣传,增强项目各参与方对组织使命、价值观的认同感;建立完善的风险评估体系和风险预警机制;整合项目资源,建立公开、透明的信息资源共享平台;建立合理的项目参与方绩效评价体系,奖罚分明和与信誉高的企业签订长期合作合同,建立战略合作伙伴关系。
[Abstract]:At the conclusion of the previous research on Inter Organizational Trust on the basis of defect of the engineering project team Inter Organizational Trust are analyzed, focusing on the organization of each construction project team trust evolution. The analysis of project team and the solid characteristic in the development process based on trust relationship in this article the project team organization divided into fast trust and traditional trust in two stages, as well as presupposition, cognitive, and emotional stability of four kinds of forms of trust. Establish a trust relationship between project team organization is mainly affected by the natural and social environment, the project cycle, corporate reputation, professional ability, corporate culture and values, experience. Enterprise communication between these 7 factors, with stage, temporary, the 4 characteristics of instability and risk. The limited rational party each participating in the game As the premise, combined with related knowledge of evolutionary game theory, establish a trust relationship between research projects of various construction units and the development process, and constructs two kinds of organization under the condition of symmetric and asymmetric conditions of trust between evolutionary game model and the evolution path of stability and trust in the organization under the two conditions between the comb. Combined with the the specific case of domestic LX high-speed railway construction project, by using mathematical analysis software for simulation analysis, confirms the conclusion. Finally, this paper put forward five recommendations to promote the rapid can establish a trust relationship between project team organization, strengthen the organization culture propaganda, enhance the mission of project participants on organizational values identity; to establish and perfect the risk evaluation system and risk warning mechanism; integration of project resources, the establishment of an open and transparent platform for the sharing of information resources; establish a reasonable The project participants of the performance evaluation system, signed long-term cooperation contract and reward the high reputation of the enterprise, to establish a strategic partnership.
